Pazurina Holiday Homes recently connected with Kenyan returnees during the Returnees Diaspora Forum, an event dedicated to helping those coming back home explore investment opportunities and reintegrate into the local economy. Pazurina Issues Title Deeds in US SEP 2024
Pazurina Holiday Homes has successfully expanded its commitment to diaspora investors through a series of title deed issuance events held across the USA. These events are a key part of the company’s ongoing effort to ensure that Kenyans living abroad can securely invest in real estate back home, particularly in the coastal regions like Diani.
Throughout the USA, Pazurina hosted meet-and-greet sessions and investment forums where clients who had purchased land during previous events, such as the Daring Abroad tour with Alex Chamwada, were presented with their official title deeds. This significant step reassured investors of the security of their purchases, offering them full legal ownership of their properties.
Pazurina in Canada 2024 Aug
Pazurina Holiday Homes recently extended its outreach to diaspora investors through a successful tour across key cities in Canada, including Edmonton, Vancouver, and Toronto. The tour aimed to connect with Kenyans living in Canada, offering them prime opportunities to invest in Diani’s coastal properties and other regions in Kenya.
